Whilst unlikely, however art is subjective so if the creative content doesn’t quite align exactly with your specific vision, rounds of changes can be made for an additional fee. If this is the case, we will spend additional time discussing ideas and concept planning, and I may request additional visual materials so that we can make it perfect for you!

We want you to feel confident in your content package, and we also value the time and effort that goes into creating your monthly content. Here’s how cancellations work:
Notice Period: You can cancel your package at any time with 30 days’ written notice. This ensures we can complete any work already scheduled for the month.
Final Delivery: You will receive all content created up until the end of the 30-day notice period.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for content that has already been delivered or work that is in progress.
Photography (Powerhouse Package): For scheduled shoots, please provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Pause Option: A one-time pause of up to one month is available with notice, giving you flexibility without fully cancelling your package.
